RESPONSIBLE AI STRATEGIES FOR MISSION-DRIVEN ORGANIZATIONS

Helping organizations leap past their capacity ceiling

Are you stuck in the Zone of Good Enough Results?

Once you've optimized your organization so well that you hit a capacity ceiling, your results become consistent. You're proud of the progress, and most people would call the results good. But you have a small, persistent feeling you that could be doing more, if you just had a little more capacity.

How I help

I help nonprofits and mission-driven organizations enable AI strategies and processes within their culture to create new capacity. I take a mission-first approach to design and help you evaluate how your customers, donors, and community will view your impact.

Who I work with

I work best with non-profit and mission-driven leaders who have already done the hard part - built something real that is making an impact and earned the trust of the people they serve.

If that's you, you've probably noticed a familiar pattern. Your team is lean. Your resources are stretched as far as they'll reasonably go. And you've started to wonder whether AI could create the capacity you need, but you're not sure where to start, what to trust, or how to do it without losing the things that make your organization what it is.

That's exactly where I come in.

This isn't for organizations looking for a quick technology fix, and it isn't for leaders who want someone else to hand them an app and walk away. It's for leaders who want a thinking partner, someone who understands both the operational reality of running a mission-driven organization and the practical first steps of AI adoption, to help build a strategy that fits.

Why I do this work

I spent nearly two decades at Accenture, growing from a university hire to Managing Director. I learned what it actually takes to transform a complex organization. Through partnering with clients from strategy to adoption, I learned the human, sometimes messy, reality of organizational change.

Then I left to build something I cared about. I founded the Foundation for Wrestling Art with nothing but a vision, and grew it into one of the leading creative organizations in the sport. Running a non-profit taught me things about mission-driven leadership that no corporate role ever could, especially how every growth decision gets weighed against the mission itself, not just the bottom line.

Leap Enabled brings both halves of my career together. I know how large organizations scale, and I know what it feels like to protect a mission you built with your own hands. That's the perspective I bring to every conversation about AI — not as a technologist selling tools, but as someone who has sat in your seat.
